Return Policy

We are happy to announce FREE shipping both ways on all exchanges and store credit for USA orders only. Just FYI, store credit never expires!

You may return most items that are:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Free of fragrance, odor, and makeup
  • Received by us within 30 days of purchase date

We use our best discretion and if items are not in expected condition, refunds/store credits will not be offered. Shipping charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for the return postage.

What are the refund options?

  • Refund to the original payment method (You are responsible for postage.)
  • Refund to store credit or exchange (A shipping label is provided at no cost.)

These items are eligible for store credit only:

  • Items on any BOGO sale
  • Items with a discount of 20% or higher

    What items are non-returnable? No refunds, store credit, or exchanges offered.

    • Items marked as final sale
    • Free gifts or promotional items
    • Items ending in .99

    Online purchases can only be returned online, we do not have any store fronts.

    We're happy to assist you with an exchange or store credit. The only way to start an exchange is by emailing us at with your order number. Only one exchange per item allowed, then that new item becomes a final sale which means no returns, exchange, or store credit.

    Product Warranty

    Our One Year Color Warranty guarantees that we will replace any jewelry (free of charge) which shows any signs of discoloration relating to the PDV coating. The warranty covers discoloration issues that may occur with our stainless steel, PVD-coated jewelry accessories. 

    The warranty does not cover: acrylic, pearl, leather, parts of our jewelry. 

    The lifetime color warranty does not cover jewelry breakages, wear-and-tear marks, scratches, loss, stolen, or any other accident that may have damaged the product.

    Note that the golden tone may become slightly darker with usage. We would suggest that you try cleaning the jewelry with a soft cloth and ethyl alcohol, this will bring the shine back to the jewelry. The One Year Color Warranty will not be activated in these cases.

    We guarantee that the coating won't wear off on its own but it may be scratched and compromised with impact. The One Year Color Warranty does not cover marks from usage.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your item was damaged upon arrival or if you have any other issues, we are happy to assist you. Please email us directly at within 3 days of receiving your items and we can issue you a pre-paid label or replacement order. Please include the following in your email: your name, order number, damaged item, and detailed photos of the damages.

    Defective Items

    At Aviv Collection, we guarantee the quality of our products. If the jewelry has a product defect, we will compensate your item with store credit or a replacement. Whichever is most applicable. In this case, you must reach out to us within 30 days from the order date. You will need to email us at with your order number, image of invoice shipped with your package, and images of the defective item. We cannot guarantee compensation of store credit after the 30 days. 

    What can affect my return eligibility?

    We use our best discretion and if items are not in expected condition, refund/store credits/exchanges will not be offered. Shipping charges will not be refunded. You will be responsible for return postage if your return if refused.


    You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks from the day you shipped your return package. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipping carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 10 business days). We process return items once a week. Once we have issued your return, you will receive an email with all refund details.

    Price Adjustments

    We offer price adjustments on full-price items within 3 days of purchase. Some sales are excluded including semi-annual, Warehouse Sale, Black Friday, Black Friday weekend, and Cyber Monday. Adjustments will be given in the form of store credit. Please contact us at

    **Holiday Season Extension**

    Orders purchased between November 15, 2023 to December 24, 2023 will have an extended return date of January 30th, 2024. The same exclusions apply to sale items, final sale, etc.
